The day of Pentecost.

                                                      
Last Sunday was The Day of Pentecost. The day the Helper, the Holy Spirit was poured out and … the day is often called "the Birthday of the Church”.

How do we celebrate Pentecost? During Christmas and Easter, we have many “around-things” like: Christmas tree, Christmas gifts, Easter eggs, firecrackers, etc. But at Pentecost, we have no “around-things”. The Center becomes clearer:

                                                  But you will receive power 
                                when the Holy Spirit comes on you…. Acts 1:8

Yes, we need everyone, every day for every situation the Holy Spirit (the helper).

The Child Safe Community project in Ubon-Pakse had a good day on Friday in preschool Prakittikun. All (children-teenagers-adults) are grateful for help to build up a child safe community.

We had two good days at Juniper Tree Pranburi together with the Covenant Foundation. CF was founded 28 years ago in Hat Yai, now including several organizations, churches and individuals.
                                 

On Sunday The Day of Pentecost) we were in Bangkok and are happy to see how the Bangkok churches are growing, worshiping and reaching out to new areas.

A beautiful Thai family came up to us after church. We met Pon and Nam for 15 years ago in a town outside Bangkok. Now they are a happy active Christian family.

We met also Kok who we have followed since she was a teenager. She has now 3 children and married to the worship leader Metha.

Exciting to see how the Holy Spirit is helping and we see people grown in their faith.

Yesterday we came to Sweden. Anna will be here to 13^th July and I to 21^st July.
