Goodness....

Yesterday I was again blessed by the song; 

     ".... Your goodness is running after, it`s running after me..". 

I saw one circle and the circumstances around.

And it became so clear to me the priorities of these two areas.

                Nr.1 is God's goodness for my Spirit-Soul-Body.

                Nr.2 is God`s goodness, in due time, in my circumstances. Sometimes I need my eyes to be open to all God`s goodness around me. 

We can live as Christians and have God's goodness running after us but we do not see it. Too often we become home-blind. 

Thank you Jesus for your Goodness with the right priorities. It is many things in life that God has a divine order, but Satan likes to turn them wrong .... and makes us unhappy. One key is to start to thank God for his goodness... and  "...having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you,...." Eph1:18b 

Prayer: Thank you JESUS for helping me to see all your goodness ...... with your right priorities.

The power of encouragement .... in the Local Church.

Today we need to be encouraged and to encourage each other. … more than ever. 

              God of all comfort - has much more comfort to give us 2022.

              The Local Church - has also much more comfort to give us 2022.

It is good to give each other big appreciations, based on good deeds. But in daily life, we so often devalue ourselves, because we cannot do all the good deeds. 

                             

God`s type of encouragement is not based on performance. The small words of encouragement are like small seeds. They will grow and becoming big blessings. Hope and strength are growing… plus plus plus... in and around us.

I am encouraged by: 

• Going out in the Nature.
• Listen to many Church and worship programs online.
• But, I am even more encouraged and blessed to be part of the living Church, wherever I am.

In the Church, in the presence of Jesus, we together receive the value God has on us. In the Church we Belong together as brothers and sisters, all saved by grace.

                                          We ARE more than we DO.

Yes I receive from God and others ... seeds of encouragements, so that I also can share with others, new seeds of encouragements. The God of all Comfort is not running out of encouragement resources. 

WOOOOW let us heart to heart, be part of the local Church, so we can be blessed and most of all, bless others, who feels miserable.

Youth Camp

THANK YOU and ..... ARISE SHINE

                    

.....dear all who sent me CONGRATULATIONS on my birthday. I had a real good day. Most of all because the children/youth had 3 days camp ARISE SHINE CAMP and they all blessed me.  

The important part of the camp was Creativity in painted T-shirts, dramas, games and a lot of good music. 

Saba from Children`s Mission was teaching.

After 2 years of Lockdowns they all had  

that they can ARISE and SHINE. There is HOPE even in Isaan and Laos.

This all was done in very good cooperation between Children`s Mission Malmö, Child Safe  and Streams of Grace Church Ubon. Thank you all for your participation.

Easter 2022

Have a Blessed Easter 2022

"God so loved the world that He gave Jesus..." 

to open the living way for us, 

so we can bless the people in darkness.  

We have 4 basic realities:

• The historical facts..... are clear. The Cross and the grave are empty. 
• Through faith, ... even if we feel we have a weak faith the resurrection power is available for us all ... in full.
• It is working ....in our ordinary daily life. There are many things in our daily life we do not understand, but we use them anyhow. Now let us use what Jesus has provided for us. It works.
• The Outcome .... is very good. The joy, peace, hope +++ are multiplying in others all over the world. In mission, we rejoice that the Jesus-life is multiplied also in Ubon-Pakse to all who are calling on the name of Jesus. 

One outcome of the Gospel we see is that people become creative to study, eager to be trained and eager to train others.

Krieng came in and started to play and sing: "No slave to fear. I am a child of God".

Interns

We are very happy that 2 interns come today to stay with us for 9 months. They are Bible school students in Prachuap. Already tonight they led the worship.

We are praising God for many who have the gift of singing and playing. Streams of Grace Church is truly a praise-singing congregation.

The word tonight was that we have a new living hope:

Now that we have such a hope, we go all the way openly,

And hope does not disappoint us, for the love of God is poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has given us.

May now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in faith, so that you abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Certainly you then have a future, and your hope will not be in vain.

Wave of Covid-19

Very few here in Ubon-Pakse have had COVID-19, but now a wave is coming. Grateful for your prayers for us here.

Anna, and several in our work have now after 3 days started to recover. But several in Child Safe and in the Church have also just now started their 5-7 days of "cold". Most people get the disease mildly, but many suffer severely from fear and depression.

We now encourage people: "Are you sick, stay at home and rest". Rest with the peace of God in your heart.

Some words that encourages:

May he who is the Lord of peace always and in every way give you his peace. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16

Let the peace of Christ reign in your hearts, the peace you are called to in one and the same body. And be grateful. Col 3:15

I had Covid-19 in January 2022 when I was in Sweden. Grateful for your prayers for those here in Isaan och Laos, do not have a good great resilience. They get sicker.

And, those who do not have a monthly salary are hit very hard financially. Many here are now trying to live on loans. Burr.
