A Good home assignment

Must say we have had a very good 1 year home assignment. Now I am on my way back home to Ubon-Pakse. Anna will come the 10th Aug. 

This morning  Anna and I read: So the disciples went and did as Jesus commendet  them (Matt 21:6). 

Happy to be His ambassadors in Ubon-Pakse and happy His word is living and active. Happy to do this in close cooperation with all of you.  Ingvar

Ready for take-off.

After 12 month of home assignment, its now time  ... to go home. Well we feel that we have 2 homes. Bleket in Sweden and Ubon-Pakse in Thailand and Loas.

Ýes ... we have had 12 very good month and are now ready for take-off. Not that we feel we can do more in our own strength but  ...   we trust that God can do more. I have just started to read a SMC material called Inspiring Changes by Rick James. Be Blessed Ingvar 

Summer in Sweden

The summer in Sweden (June-Juli-Aug) is a busy time. Everyone likes to have holiday and .... do everything. As the mentality is Do-It-Yourselves many have high expectations for the summer. 

During Maj-June-July there are also many Christian conferences. Very good conferences. And the trend is that they are increasing in numbers and sizes. Mostly they are also having very good activities and meetings for children and teens.

The regular Church meetings are fewer during the summer except the Sunday morning services and the midweek prayer meetings. Some have extra outreach programs.

We are now getting ready to move to Ubon-Pakse. Ingvar will go 20th July and Anna the 10th Aug. 

We have had a very active and blessed year in Sweden, but now look forward to join the team in Ubon and in Pakse again. Be blessed Ingvar

So blessed with many brothers and sisters

I have found that to serve God and people in Church with its Mission is a great blessing. Today I wrote a mail to a good friend of mine in India. I realized that I am a very very rich person with

1)    so many blessed brothers and sister in so many countries. 

2)    and with so many wonderful experiences. I am a millionaire when I count experiences.

Life with Jesus has been very exciting. I would love to go back and revisit all the places we have been to. And again experience the Good old days we had with you all.

But we cannot. Life moves on and …. Jesus is on the way to reach new people. We better follow Him.

We still are praising God for all the blessings we have enjoyed with you all in so many places. And we love to keep in touch with you over mail, Facebook and in prayer.

Now the pioneer work in Ubon-Pakse with

 is calling.  

We look forward to many Good new days there. I will go there 21st July and Anna 11th Aug... still praising God for all Good old days. Ingvar

Empowerment ... to the end of the earth

Pentecost is not only a historic fantastic day, but also that God Himself Empowers us weak with heavenly power for every day and every task also 2017. I appreciate the word Empowerment. Not only does it sound cool, but it really works. There is power available for us.

  

Have a blessed walk in the power of the Holy Ghost ..... to the end of the earth. One of them is located in Ubon-Pakse with only 0,2% Christians.

Pray for the Muslims

Today, the Muslims are starting the fasting month of Ramadan lasting until 25 June. At the same time since 1992, we Christians all over the world are praying for the Muslim world. Remember to pray for the Muslims when you meet them these 30 days. In Scandinavia this year, the days are very long. Even in the far north we have midnight sun.

You walk - I work

I was alone in a room in Ubon in March 2013 and woke up one morning hearing these words:

They were clear and audible. At first I thought someone have broken into my room. Again I clearly heard these words again and realized that it was God who wanted to say something to me. I thanked God for this promise for the work in Ubon-Pakse. At regular intervals I have heard the same words coming back. The last time was today.

"God´s promises can not be deceived, no they stand forever ...." ... also today. Ingvar
